Hand-colored fashion plate engraving depicting two women in elaborate late Victorian dress standing along a riverside landscape with bridge and architectural backdrop. Each figure is shown in richly detailed attire with layered skirts, ribbon accents, and ornate hats typical of late 19th-century Parisian fashion illustration. Fine line engraving captures the decorative textures of the garments while selective hand-coloring highlights blues, greens, and soft pastels in the fabrics. The lower margin bears the imprint “Ad. Goubaud & Fils Edᵣ Paris, ” along with additional period text partially visible along the bottom edge.
