c. early/mid 20th century; Webster Wilcox – International Silver Co. Rectangular silverplate serving tray with elaborate Rococo inspired handles, scalloped border, and densely engraved floral scrollwork across the serving surface. Marked “Webster Wilcox” and “International Silver Co.” to underside. The form reflects the heavily ornamented serving wares commonly used for formal dining and tea service during the first half of the 20th century.
Noticeable silver loss, oxidation, scratching, and discoloration throughout, especially to underside and handle edges. General wear from age and use present across entirety.
