c. 1940s; United States Army – USA Mixed military lot including two embroidered 9th Infantry Division shoulder patches featuring the red and blue petaled design with white center on olive drab backing, along with three cylindrical “Paint, Face, Camouflage” tubes marked “White and Loam.” Also includes a metal tin with film canister insert and a wire tool consistent with field-use accessories. The grouping combines unit insignia with practical camouflage materials used in field conditions.
Shows moderate wear consistent with age and use, including scuffing and oxidation to metal components. Fabric patches exhibit edge wear and light fraying. Camouflage tubes show surface wear with legible but slightly faded text. Overall condition consistent with field-used military surplus.
