c. 1960s–1970s. Heavy clear art glass orb-form bud vase featuring a recessed central chamber with a defined opening for stems, creating a magnified optical effect through the body. The rounded form rests on four small applied feet, giving the piece a stable, sculptural presence. Designed as both a functional vase and decorative object, the form emphasizes light refraction and distortion, characteristic of mid-century studio and decorative glass design.
Surface wear consistent with age, including scratches and scuffs throughout. Interior shows minor inclusions and bubbles as made. Feet show light wear. No major cracks observed.
