Hand-painted porcelain figure numbered NR-31, depicting an older cowboy‐gentleman seated beside a phonograph/gramophone holding a record in a wistful pose, based on the 13 Aug 1927 cover illustration of Norman Rockwell and produced under his licensing arrangement through The Saturday Evening Post Co. 
Excellent overall condition: the paint remains vivid with no visible chips or cracks, and base markings including "AUG. 13. 1927 © The Saturday Evening Post Co. 1979 Dave Grossman Designs, Inc. NR-31" are crisp.
