. 1981; Dave Grossman Designs, Inc. – Licensed by the The Saturday Evening Post Co. Hand-painted porcelain figurine marked RCC-1, titled The Young Artist, capturing a young boy at work sketching on a woman’s coat as she sits in a long overcoat and hat. Under-base markings in combination with the surprising RCC-1 code (rather than the usual NR series) suggest this is a "Special Club Edition No. 1" variant from 1981 as indicated by online listings. 
Excellent overall condition with sharp paint detail. No visible chips or cracks. Base shows light shelf wear but all markings remain crisp.
