Pair of utilitarian fueling implements including a tall conical tin oil spout with side handle and a lightweight hollow wooden funnel finished in a dark varnish. The spout, painted in bright red enamel, was designed for use with larger oil cans or fuel containers, while the funnel provided a steady guide for pouring into narrow tanks or reservoirs. Together they reflect the practical necessities of early automotive, agricultural, and workshop maintenance. Such tools were common fixtures in garages and service stations, where durability and improvisation often dictated design. The unusual combination of metal and lightweight wood construction shows the variety of materials pressed into service before standardized modern plastic funnels became widespread.
