This vintage matchbox features a printed portrait of Hollywood star Douglas Fairbanks with classic film-era graphics including a camera and hat motif set on a faux-wood background. This advertising box, complete with an old tax stamp on the front edge, was produced by the Diamond Matchbook Company in starting in 1937.
Shows age-appropriate wear with edge and corner rubbing, small surface marks, and light soiling consistent with age and storage.
