This early 20th century Royal Bayreuth toothpick holder features a hand-painted image of two traditional musicians-one playing violin and the other a wind instrument-on a subtly shaded porcelain form. The figural artwork is done in rich tones and accented with gold around the stylized handle. A classic example of Royal Bayreuth’s finely decorated wares made in Bavaria, Germany.
Light surface wear and minor crazing to glaze consistent with age.
