c. 1920s-1930s; M.H. Miller Company – Jeannette, PA Tin lithograph tabletop game titled "Brownie" Kick-In Top, complete with its original illustrated box. The game consists of a brightly colored circular tin base with numbered scoring segments and a central well for play. A wooden spinning top and accompanying marbles serve as the action pieces, which players skillfully launch to achieve point values. The graphic design features bold orange and black patterns with period typography, capturing the vibrant visual style of early 20th-century parlor amusements. Manufactured by the M.H. Miller Company of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, the firm produced a range of novelty and tin-based toys during the interwar years, contributing to the golden era of American tin lithography. Their products, often marketed under lively titles like "Brownie, " blended affordable mass production with imaginative play value. Surviving examples with intact packaging are increasingly scarce.
Box shows moderate edge wear, scuffing, and light staining, while the tin retains strong color with minor surface wear consistent with age and play.
