This Marx Southern Pacific diesel locomotive #6000 is a lithographed tinplate O-gauge engine in bright orange and silver with black detailing. Featuring the Southern Pacific nameplate on the sides, road number 6000, and the "Daylight" emblem on the nose, this model reflects the streamlined styling of mid-20th-century diesel-electric engines. Produced by Louis Marx & Co., it was part of complete Marx train sets from the postwar era.
Light scuffs and surface wear to litho; minor oxidation present on wheels and couplers.
