Multi-Estate Spring 2026 Auction
Lot 445:
Description
C-19512
Pair of early model railroad bridges including a large painted wood trestle bridge with tall tower supports and a smaller cast metal truss bridge bearing the Lionel name. The wooden example features weathered green and black paint with architectural tower details and integrated rail supports, while the smaller bridge displays the classic pressed metal lattice design commonly used with early Lionel layouts.
Both pieces show visible age-related wear including paint loss, oxidation to the metal bridge, and surface wear to the wooden structure. Structurally intact and suitable for display or restoration within a vintage Lionel train layout. Old wiring is attached to track on wooden bridge. Not tested.
Wood Bridge: 28.5” W x 11.25” D x 12” H
Metal Bridge: 14” W x 9” D x 5.5” H
