Pair of cast bronze Art Deco bookends depicting a reclining nude female figure draped in flowing fabric, posed against a stepped architectural base. The composition features strong linear geometry beneath the organic curvature of the figure, with stylized tiered plinth detailing anchoring each piece. The figure leans back with one arm raised, creating a dramatic silhouette that reflects mid-1920s design.
Both bookends show age-appropriate wear including surface oxidation, minor patina variation, and light scuffing consistent with handling. Undersides display casting marks and age wear. No cracks or structural damage observed. Sold as a matched pair.
