c. 1890s-1910s; The P & A MFG. Co. – Waterbury, CT Tall pressed-glass kerosene lamp featuring a flared pedestal base with fine beaded trim and raised floral motifs. The lamp is fitted with a brass burner embossed P & A, denoting manufacture by the Plume & Atwood Manufacturing Company-an influential 19th-century Connecticut firm known for its high-quality burners and lighting components. Its clear glass chimney and elegant proportions capture the late-Victorian blend of practicality and ornamentation common to household oil lamps of the era.

Shows light oxidation to brass and faint residue within the font typical of age and use.
