Group of vintage Texaco folding road maps issued for service stations and printed by the H. M. Gousha Company. Each example features the bold red Texaco star logo and illustrated highway scene on the cover, with regional editions including Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee, and Missouri. The maps are housed in clear protective sleeves and retain their crisp mid-century graphics and service-station promotional layout.
The interiors feature dense road networks, mileage charts, population symbols, highway classifications, and listings of Texaco service stations along major routes. The reverse panels advertise the Texaco National Credit Card, an early gasoline charge system that allowed travelers to fuel up and pay across the country.
Shows light handling wear consistent with age but appears free from any major tears; folds remain intact and colors remain bright.
