Flow blue "La Belle" luncheon plate.
This plate features the classic La Belle pattern by Wheeling Pottery Co., with deep cobalt edges flowing inward over crisp white ironstone. Delicate floral sprays emerge from the diffusion of blue, enhanced by faint gilding along the scalloped rim. The La Belle line, introduced in the 1890s, became one of Wheeling’s most recognized and widely collected flow blue patterns, admired for its dramatic contrast and ornate detail.
Exhibits crazing throughout.
