Ornate antique mounted light fixture with a meandros along the mount and acanthus ornamental motif adorning the double-ended socket. Lkely manufactured in the 1920s during a renewed interest in Greek architecture, one of the many inspirations for both the Neoclassical and Art Deco movements.
This piece is in good condition, and exhibits very minor signs of wear. It has been completely rewired and is hardwired without a plug. Best used with common medium base bulbs.
