c. mid-20th century; American manufacture Three-piece fireplace tool set including brush, shovel, and poker with black iron shafts and brass finials, mounted on a matching stand. Combination iron and brass hearth tools of this type were commonly produced for domestic fireplaces as both functional implements and decorative accents.
Surface wear, paint loss, and oxidation present throughout. Brush shows wear to bristles. General age-related wear consistent with use.
