Three Pewter Wine Bottle Coasters

Collection of three pewter wine bottle coasters including two matching examples by Wilton Columbia marked RWP and one example manufactured by Webster Wilcox Corporation and stamped International Pewter. The Webster Wilcox coaster has a cork bottom and retains its original inspection label reading, “Inspector No. 031, Hand Crafted by American Webster Wilcox Corporation, Meriden, Connecticut U.S.A.” All three feature recessed wells designed to catch drips and protect tabletops. c. Light scratches, minor finish wear, and handling marks consistent with use. The Webster Wilcox example retains its original inspection label. Felt base pads remain present on the two Wilton Columbia coasters, while the Webster Wilcox coaster retains its original cork insert.
