Vermillion Walnut Countertop Wine Rack, c. 1960s

Countertop wine rack manufactured by Vermillion, Inc. of Springfield, Missouri during the mid-to-late twentieth century. Constructed of solid walnut, the rack accommodates up to twelve bottles across three graduated tiers. The reverse retains its original “Real Walnut by Vermillion” foil label, identifying the maker and was produced during the 1960s and 1970s.
Shows moderate age-related wear including scattered scratches, scuffs, finish wear, and areas of discoloration. Heavy accumulated grime is present along the bottom. Several bottle support rails have begun separating from the side panels, though they remain attached, other rails spin in place, yet the rack remains structurally sound overall. Original manufacturer label exhibits minor edge wear but remains legible.
