Wood and glass counter top display for Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. knives. Case has mirrored sliding rear doors and green felted display area. Four of the six sides are glass for better viewing of contents. Manufactured circa 1905 – 1925.
The display case is structurally sound. Exhibits a large crack in the top glass and , one of the sliding doors is broken on the end allowing the mirror to unseat when the door opens. Mirrors have some loss of silvering. Framing is cracked in two places, on corner is bumped with slight damage to wood as seen in photos. Tassels are slightly faded, felt is in good condition. Overall wear consistent with age and use.
