Pressed steel sidewalk scooter with a long ribbed footboard, upright handle stem, and solid rubber tires. Finished in heavily worn red paint with exposed oxidation throughout, the scooter carries the kind of hard-earned wear associated with postwar neighborhood use. The deck features stamped traction ribs, while the narrow tubular handlebars retain their original black grips. Lean, stripped-down, and purpose-built, the design reflects the straightforward utility and durability of mid-century American toy manufacturing.
Shows heavy wear throughout including oxidation, paint loss, surface scratching, pitting, and age-related patina. Grips show wear and one end cap appears absent as photographed. Wheels roll. Weathered, with missing paint and scratches present.
