Two cast iron safe-form banks, one embossed with “Star Safe” and the other “Union Bank” with a maker’s mark of “Kenton Brand.” Both feature combination dial motifs, coin slots at top, and hinged or removable construction typical of safe-form novelty banks. Decorative cast detailing present, with one example showing more ornate scrollwork panels.
Star Safe example shows heavy rust and oxidation throughout, including on dial/mechanism area. Union Bank example comparatively cleaner with moderate wear. Finish loss, pitting, and surface wear present on both. Combination wheels turn on each; functionality of locking mechanisms not confirmed.
