c. mid 20th century; Purex Amber glass bottle with rounded shoulders and cylindrical body, embossed “PUREX” across the upper section. Features a textured surface and fitted with a black screw cap. Form typical of household chemical or bleach containers, with durable glass construction designed for repeated handling and storage. Purex was a widely distributed household bleach brand throughout the 20th century, commonly packaged in amber bottles to protect contents from light exposure. Embossed branding and utilitarian design reflect mass-produced domestic goods of the period.
Shows light to moderate wear consistent with use, including surface scuffs and minor residue. No major cracks observed. Cap present. Overall solid example with good display character.
