Group of vintage toy vehicles and accessories including a Hubley cast iron Fire Truck, Auburn Rubber military transport truck, small diecast automobile, a Tonka refuse truck, red cab-over truck chassis, and a metal truss bridge by Lionel. Produced by various manufacturers including Hubley Manufacturing Co., Lancaster, Pennsylvania; Auburn Rubber Corp., Auburn, Indiana; and Tonka Toys, Mound, Minnesota, c. 1940s-1960s.
The toys exhibit significant play wear, paint loss, oxidation, scratches, and age-related surface wear. The Hubley truck retains its original finish but the wind-up mechanism is not functioning. The Auburn Rubber military truck has substantial damage and loss to the cargo bed (part broken part is included). The Tonka refuse truck’s rear body raises and lowers as designed but will not remain in the raised position. The rear wheels are missing from the military ambulance. Additional wear, missing parts, and condition issues may be present throughout the lot.
