Domed leaded slag glass hanging lamp featuring a vivid floral and butterfly motif rendered in pink, cream, and green glass against a warm caramel marbled slag ground. The lower band presents alternating blossoms and stylized butterflies with pale wings and small turquoise accents, all outlined in dark lead came. The upper dome is segmented with raised metal ribs and inset green glass panels, terminating in a rounded collar with petal-like glass segments. The metal framework shows cast decorative beading along the ribs, adding texture and depth to the overall form. When illuminated, the glass produces a warm amber glow contrasted by the cooler tones of the floral and butterfly elements. Retains single interior socket with pull chain and hanging chain.
Shows several visible cracks across multiple slag glass panels, including fine hairlines in the cream and caramel sections. No major losses observed, but age-related stress lines are present throughout. Metal framework shows oxidation and surface wear consistent with age. Wiring works.
