Hand-painted porcelain figurine titled "Bicycle Boys, " issued by The Norman Rockwell Museum Inc. under official license. The sculpture depicts two cheerful boys riding side-by-side on bicycles, rendered in Rockwell’s familiar nostalgic Americana style. Produced in Japan, this 1981 release represents one of several museum-authorized figural interpretations of Rockwell’s beloved scenes of youth and friendship. The Norman Rockwell Museum series, issued independently of the Dave Grossman Designs line, offered higher-fidelity porcelain sculptures that directly referenced the artist’s original Saturday Evening Post illustrations, each bearing the museum’s hallmark stamp and production year.
Excellent overall with minimal shelf wear to base. Paint surface is clean with no visible chips or cracks.
