An antique industrial gate valve masher with a perforated cylindrical strainer, iron stem, and turned wooden handle. A classic kitchen essential for preparing authentic Middle Eastern dishes. This Lebanon beater is designed to efficiently mix and aerate kibbeh and other ground meat blends. Features a coiled spring lever and aged patina throughout.
Good antique condition with surface rust, wear, and oxidation consistent with age and use. Please refer to photos for more detail on condition.
