This colorful lithographed tin weight-distribution toy, titled Busy Mike, was manufactured by J. Chein & Co. in the USA. Designed with a seesaw mechanism and a funnel-style center tower, the toy features two figural children in motion when activated. The bright carnival-style graphics and playful mechanical action are hallmarks of Chein’s mid-20th century toy production.
Surface rust and paint loss visible throughout, especially on base and funnel; toy appears structurally intact but untested for functionality.
