This antique lithographed tin once held Cameron’s Gold Medal Cut Plug Tobacco, produced by Cameron & Cameron of Richmond, Virginia. The design features an American and British flag motif flanking award medallions, symbolizing international recognition, with the text "CUT PLUG" across a blue banner. This patriotic and award-themed packaging is a prime example of early 20th-century tobacco branding.
Heavy surface wear, oxidation, and fading to litho consistent with age and use; still retains strong graphic visibility and historic charm.
