General Antiques and Collectibles Spring Auction
Lot 273:
Description
C-14638
This vintage folding pocket knife features three carbon steel blades housed in a slim handle with celluloid or faux ivory scales. The handle includes an inset nickel silver shield, common in mid-20th-century designs. One blade is faintly marked "Henry Sears & Son, " indicating likely U.S. manufacture. The compact profile and multi-blade configuration suggest it was intended for everyday utility or gentleman’s use.
Moderate oxidation and pitting to blades; handle has mild yellowing and wear but remains intact. All blades open and close with light resistance.
