This vintage tobacco tin features intricate art nouveau-inspired gold and brown graphics on a field of teal blue (some may say green), with "Pride of Virginia" banner, peacock feather, and sunburst detail. Tin is marked "J.W. Wright Co." and "Continental Tobacco Co. Successor" which makes this very early in the 1900s and possibly as a result to the tobacco wars at the time. The tin has the hinged-lid construction ideal for display or collecting.
Shows age-appropriate wear including scratches, scuffs, and paint loss consistent with long-term storage and handling.
