This framed Victorian advertising card for Alden Fruit Vinegar humorously illustrates the blustery winds of March. A gentleman chases after his flying hat while a woman’s dress is caught by the breeze, evoking charm and seasonal whimsy. The piece is part of a calendar-style advertising series promoting household goods through monthly scenes.
Card shows minor toning and light foxing; vibrant colors remain intact. Frame is in very good condition with period-style molding. This piece has not been inspected outside of the frame.
