Large mixed group of vintage long-playing vinyl records spanning several decades of popular music. The lot includes a range of labels and compilation releases, with examples visible from Atlantic Records (Led Zeppelin IV), A&M Records (Cat Stevens – Greatest Hits), K-Tel compilations, RCA Special Products releases, Epic Records (Mickey Gilley – Christmas at Gilley’s), Ronco Records (Solid Gold), and Gusto Records collections. Also present are multiple compilation sets and box-style releases such as the Vast Records Them Dirty Blues set. Album jackets visible in the group include titles like The Touch of Country Love, Kris & Rita – Full Moon (Kris Kristofferson and Rita Coolidge), and American Pie by Don McLean.
The assortment contains a variety of genres including classic rock, country, blues, Christmas music, and popular compilation albums typical of mail-order and retail record club distributions of the period. Many records remain in plain paper sleeves while others accompany original album covers or compilation packaging.
Condition varies throughout the lot. Several paper sleeves show staining, edge wear, and heavy discoloration from age and storage. Some jackets exhibit scuffs and general wear. Vinyl records appear to show typical surface handling wear but have not been individually play-tested.
