Factory boxed Nakamichi AV-400 audio/video receiver, a high-fidelity home theater component produced during the early expansion of integrated surround-sound systems. The unit remains packaged in its original shipping carton with molded foam inserts, remote control, and documentation visible, accompanied by a handwritten note indicating the receiver was never used and never removed from the box.
Outer carton shows storage wear, tape residue, and minor handling marks consistent with age; interior components appear unused and remain in protective packaging. Functionality not tested.
