Large galvanized steel fuel can featuring a domed top, angled threaded pouring spout, and screw cap with star-grip design. The body retains remnants of original red paint, now heavily worn and flaking to reveal the mottled zinc surface beneath. Fitted with a wire bail handle and red-painted wooden grip, the form reflects mid-century automotive utility—built for durability and ease of transport in garage or farm settings. The sidewalls show rolled rib reinforcement bands, and the top includes a secondary threaded cap at center.
Shows heavy surface wear including paint loss, oxidation, scuffs, and areas of surface rust at seams and spout threads. Interior condition not evaluated for liquid use. Structurally intact with secure handle and threaded fittings present.
