Substantial art pottery jardinière by Ransbottom Pottery of Roseville, Ohio, marked “RANSBOTTOM 1420 USA 10 ROSEVILLE O.” on the underside. The body features bold molded floral and foliate relief wrapping the entire surface, finished in a rich brown glaze with a contrasting cream, drip-glazed rim. The glaze pools and cascades along the upper edge, creating a natural variegated effect that softens the heavily embossed decoration.
Shows light surface wear consistent with age, minor glaze irregularities at the rim, and small edge abrasions to the base. Interior exhibits expected residue from prior plant use. No visible major cracks observed; structurally solid.
