Decorative carved wooden pedestal featuring a cylindrical shaft wrapped in high-relief grapevine detailing. Clusters of grapes and broad leaves spiral upward around the column, culminating beneath a flared capital with rounded corner bosses and stylized leaf carving along the rim. The pedestal rests on a circular base mounted to a square plinth, giving it a grounded architectural presence. The warm brown finish accentuates the depth of the carving, with subtle tonal variation highlighting the dimensional vine and fruit elements.
Shows surface wear including scuffs, finish variation, and light residue consistent with age and display use. Minor edge wear visible along the base and capital. No major structural cracks observed. Sold as found.
