This vintage sewing table features a rectangular open cabinet on four cabriole legs with a removable top. Originally designed as a sewing or work table, the open cavity would have been used to hold a fabric bag or store sewing notions and supplies. The removable top allowed for easy access and flexible storage. The table’s cabriole legs reflect early 20th century Colonial Revival styling, echoing Queen Anne and Chippendale influences that were popular in American furniture during the 1920s-40s.
Fair vintage condition with visible wear and finish loss to the wood. Top remains removable as intended. Structurally sound with age-appropriate surface marks.
