This vintage electric hurricane-style table lamp features a milk glass body and shade decorated with multicolored floral transfers. The upper shade is embossed with a raised floral motif and finished with a ruffled top edge, while the base rests on a gilt-tone cast metal stand with ornate scrollwork. Popular from the mid-20th century, such lamps drew inspiration from 19th-century kerosene parlor lamps but were adapted for modern electric use.
Good working condition. The glass shade and base show no major cracks or chips. Some light wear to the metal base and minimal surface wear from age. Wiring appears intact but has not been tested for safety.
