This piece advertises, and was used to serve, Purina Mink Chow. Mink chow was a dry, high-fat feed for mink. Early in their Chow days, Purina had a wide variety of animal-centric feeds, including for minks, horses, and monkeys during a time when exotic pet ownership was increasing in popularity. This piece features the iconic Purina checkboard pattern paired with the product name.
