Pre-1919; Clauss Cutlery Co. – Fremont, Ohio An antique Clauss No. 23 straight razor with etched tang stamp reading "Clauss No. 23 U.S.A." and a maroon Bakelite handle. Housed in its original embossed two-part case, this piece exemplifies quality early 20th-century American barbering tools made by Clauss Cutlery Co. of Fremont, Ohio.
Good antique condition with surface wear, oxidation, and age-appropriate scratches on blade and case. The case shows signs of age and wear. Please refer to photos for more detail on condition.
