Pair of vintage stoneware pet feeding bowls featuring molded lettering identifying their intended use. The larger bowl is stamped “DOG” along the side, while the smaller example reads “KITTY.” Both pieces are finished in a warm yellow glaze with a darker speckled band around the rim, a color palette commonly seen in mid-century American kitchen and utility pottery. The simple cylindrical forms with rolled rims reflect practical designs intended for everyday household use.
Shows moderate age-related wear including glaze marks and surface wear consistent with use. The “KITTY” bowl has a crack visible from both the interior and exterior surfaces as shown in the photographs.
