Low-profile ceramic candle plate featuring a broad circular drip tray and raised central collar designed to secure a taper candle. Finished in a matte to satin white glaze with subtle speckling throughout, the form is spare and functional, with gently stepped transitions between the plate and collar. The underside shows an unglazed ring around the inner opening and light kiln texture consistent with mid-century production.
Shows scattered glaze wear and small edge chips along the outer rim (see photos), along with light surface staining and age-related speckling. Structurally intact with noted rim losses.
