Striking mid-century television lamp formed as a stylized sailboat with curved steel sails mounted on twin masts and a streamlined hull. The upper structure features polished metal deck detailing, rivet accents, and a molded cabin, while the lower section rests on a translucent glass base shaped as rolling waves. When illuminated, the glass base emits a warm amber glow that contrasts with the cool metallic sails above. The sculptural sails are formed from curved sheet steel.
Shows surface wear and patina to the metal sails and deck, light scratches, and minor oxidation consistent with age. One mast is missing its small decorative finial/adornment at the top (see photos). Glass base intact with no visible cracks; operational at time of testing, however there appears to be a short in the plug or cord as it seems to work at a very precise angle.
