Open-front three-shelf cabinet constructed from a reclaimed wooden shipping crate, retaining its original plank back and stenciled transit markings. The underside bears bold black lettering reading “PT, ” “CHICAGO (VIA NEW YORK), ” and “No. 0E 227,” along with directional arrows, giving the piece a strong industrial shipping provenance. The interior features two fixed shelves creating three open compartments, with rough-sawn boards, visible nail heads, and aged surface texture throughout.
Surface wear, scuffs, and age-related marks present throughout consistent with former shipping use. Structurally solid with stable shelves and tight joinery.
