This mid-century serving bowl was produced by the W.S. George Pottery Company in the popular Celeste pattern. Featuring turquoise, pink, and black atomic starbursts on a speckled beige background, the design reflects the 1950s fascination with space-age motifs. While this example is unmarked, it matches the W.S. George Lido shape and Celeste pattern. Pieces like this were part of larger dinnerware sets and were often left unmarked, particularly hollowware and serving forms.
Good vintage condition. Light surface wear and minor age toning to glaze consistent with use. No major cracks or chips observed.
