Vintage tabletop football game lot including a Gotham Automatic Drop Kick game and a T. Cohn Inc. tin lithograph toy gun commonly known as the “Sure Shot” or “Sparkling Sure-Shot.” The toy originally featured a hand crank that rotates to create sparks using a flint mechanism.The game retains its football, scoring displays, and kicking mechanism. The toy gun is included as shown. Produced by Gotham Pressed Steel Corporation, New York, New York, U.S.A., c. 1956. The game is marked Model G-330. The toy gun was produced by T. Cohn Inc., c. 1950s.
Both pieces exhibit wear consistent with age and use including scratches, paint loss, oxidation, and surface dirt. The football is present. The scoring displays remain intact. The toy gun handle turns but does not produce sound or spark. Overall condition is consistent with use and storage.
