Original boxed Carrom Hi-Bol bowling game, a tabletop skee-ball style target game designed for indoor or outdoor play. The hinged wooden case opens to reveal a brightly painted scoring target with concentric rings and a metal wire guide system. Two balls are included, completing the set for functional use or display. Compact when closed yet expansive in play, the game reflects Carrom’s tradition of producing family-friendly amusement devices with sturdy construction and simple, engaging design.
Carrom Industries, founded in Ludington, Michigan in the late 19th century, became one of America’s most enduring makers of parlor and tabletop games, with titles ranging from crokinole-inspired board games to billiards and novelty action games. Their products were marketed as wholesome home entertainment, bridging leisure, family, and social play.
Overall good condition with wear primarily to the exterior case, including scuffs and surface marks. The interior target retains vibrant color and remains fully functional.
