Two-piece English porcelain serving grouping by Johnson Bros., both clearly marked "Made in England." The lot includes a handled covered vegetable dish and matching oval platter, decorated with delicate polychrome floral garlands framed by cobalt blue bands and gilt scroll accents. The warm ivory ground and lightly fluted rims reflect early 20th-century English tableware design with restrained ornament and balanced composition. The covered dish features integrated side handles and a domed lid topped with a molded finial, repeating the blue band and floral border motif across its surface. The oval platter carries the same decorative program, offering cohesive presentation for formal service. The combination of floral sprays, geometric blue cartouches, and gilt edging places the set within the Edwardian transition toward lighter, refined decoration.
Condition is good antique condition with age-appropriate wear. Light gilt loss along rim edges and minor surface marks consistent with prior use. No major cracks or structural damage observed. Lid seats properly.
